Terms Of Service

All individuals planning on bidding must register prior to the auction. Registration is done during the time which we allot for viewing the items. You obtain a bidder's number when your registration process is done.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add or eliminate items from the auction which are listed or not listed, to cluster items together into bigger lots, or take items from bigger lots and sell them individually. Changes may be announced by the auctioneer before or during the sale.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty, articulated or implied. Zaffarano Auctioneers is not responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and has no warranty in link therewith. No grant, reimbursements or set asides will be made in accordance to any incorrectness, imperfections and defect or damaged items. All descriptions or illustrations are for the sole purpose of recognition of that specific item only and is not to be misinterpreted as a warranty of any type. It is the buyers' responsibility to inspect the merchandise during the viewing period and decide the condition and value of the merchandise and to bid based upon that decision solely.

After the buyer has purchased each item they are responsible for the security of that item immediately upon the sale. The auctioneer is not responsible for the goods once the sale is over or after the specified time. The auctioneer is acting as agent for the seller and all description made by the auctioneer are made on behalf of the seller. Any conflict or recourse should be directed to the seller and not to the auctioneer.

Each time the auctioneer sells an item he/she will announce the final price and the successful buyer's number. All questions or disagreements must be resolved immediately upon the sale of each lot. No changes or adjustments will be made at a later time. The sale records obtained during the auction are kept by the auctioneer as FINAL in the result of any disagreement.

Settlements must be made in full as soon as the auction has ended by form of Cash, Personal Check (with the appropriate identifications), Cashier's Check, Visa and/or MasterCard. Goods that are not paid for and are not removed within the specified time frame will be resold without notice.
